Valérie Frison cultivates 6 hectares of vineyards in Ville sur Arce, a small village located in the Côtes des Bar, in the extreme south of the Champagne region. Here, in 2012 the Domaine Val Frison was officially born, from the ashes of the already existing Demarne-Frision. Approximately 93% of the Domaine's vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir, while the remainder are planted with Chardonnay.
