GLUGULP SRL reserves the right to assign Coupon Codes in the form of credits to its Customers. This initiative finds its application in letter c bis, paragraph 1, of art. 6 of Presidential Decree 430/01, introduced by art. 22 bis of Law Decree no. 91 of 24 June 2014, converted, with amendments, into Law no. 116 of 11 August 2014, so-called "competitiveness decree".

The following terms and conditions govern the "COUPON RULES", which each beneficiary user knowingly accepts in full.

COUPON ALLOCATION

• For subscribing to the Newsletter programme on www.glugulp.com you will be entitled to and you will receive a 15% Discount Coupon Code (valid for a single purchase by 31.12.2022).
• Follow @glugulp on Instagram - from your public profile - and share the story of your favourite Champagne or our GLUGULP! packaging in your Instagram Stories using the @glugulp tag. You will be entitled to and you will receive a 15% Discount Coupon Code (valid for a single purchase within 30 days of receipt).
• During the year, promotions may be activated that will entitle to the allocation of Discount Coupon (% value) or Coupon Voucher (EURO value) to users registered to the platform www.glugulp.com and/or subscribed to the newsletter GLUGULP!
• During the course of the year, personal Discount Coupons may be allocated to specific customers which will entitle to the discount indicated in the e-mail sent to their registration address.
• During the course of the year, Discount Coupon (% value) or Coupon Voucher (EURO value) may be awarded to customers who will participate in " REWARDS PROGRAM".

USE OF COUPON CODES

• Each coupon is identified by an alphanumeric code that will be sent by email or by Instagram Chat to the beneficiary of the promotion. The corresponding percentage discount (Discount Coupon) or EUR value discount (Coupon Voucher) will be automatically deducted from the final price at the time of purchase. If the Customer fails for any reason to provide the promotional code at the time of purchase, this discount cannot be claimed later.
• Discount Coupon Codes (% value) cannot be combined with each other, must be used in one solution and they are not applicable for items already on promotion or for items marked in the STAR ⭐ selection. 
• Coupon Voucher Codes (EURO value) are not cumulative and they must be used in one solution. 

OWNERSHIP

• The Coupon Code is not transferable to other users or accounts.
• Non-use the Coupon Code in the manner indicated and within the period of validity will result in its forfeiture.
• GLUGULP SRL will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the Coupon Code.
• The cancellation of the account on the website www.glugulp.com will have as a contextual effect the immediate forfeiture of the linked Coupon Code.
• Discount Coupon Codes (% value) and Discount Coupon Vouchers (EURO value) should not be understood as cash but only as a tool to take advantage of discounts on orders placed on this website, this above mentioned, no type of economic recognition may be required in any way, even during the period of validity of the Coupon Codes, by the holders of the accounts registered on the GLUGULP! website or newsletter.

AMENDMENTS

GLUGULP SRL reserves the right to modify, even partially, or suspend, at any time, the methods and other provisions of this " COUPON REGULATION", communicating these changes on its website.
