Tom Gauditiabois

Tom Gauditiabois is a young and talented Vigneron who runs his family's Domaine, about 7 hectares of vineyards near Chézy-sur-Marne in the western part of the Vallée de la Marne. After completing his studies in Avize, and a "wine" trip to New Zealand, he began working for over two years with Anselme and Guillaume at the Domaine Jacques Selosse.

At present, his operational headquarters are located in Epernay, although the future plan is to set the winery next to his own vineyards in Chezy-sur-Marne. In the meantime, Tom has the desire to make new ephemeral Cuvèe every year in order to better know and promote his Terroir. As for now, the reference grape variety for the first vinifications is pure Meunier with an initial production of only 500 bottles.
