Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Everybody can change his mind, we grant it. Due to the European regulation (DL 21/Feb2014), in the case of purchase of products or services on GLUGULP!, the customer has the right to withdraw without telling any reason within 14 days. The period of withdrawal ends in 14 days starting from the day when the customer or someone else - excluding the courier - gains the physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer has to inform the Holder of his / her decision to withdraw by email with an explicit statement to info@glugulp.com. In the e-mail the customer must specify:

1. Invoice number

2. Day of reception and physical possession of the goods

3. The products of which he / she wants to exercise the rights of withdrawal

4. Name, surname and address of the customer

5. Iban code of the bank account where we will make the refund or e-mail address of  your PayPal account

GLUGULP! will send a confirmation by email to the customer where it will make an agreement for the delivery procedure. The delivery of the products will be made within 14 days from the customer communication by courier, who will retire the products the day and the time agreed.

The goods must be packed with the original packaging or the like, to make the transport as safe as possible. The Holder will refund the customer within 14 days starting from his / her communication of intention to withdraw the contract. 

As indicated in the art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer can you the attached form I, part B, or write an explicit declaration of his / her intent.

Attention 

The seller is legitimate to keep the refund until he gets the goods or proof that they have been sent. 

The customer is charged only the shipment fee to send the goods to Glugulp srl with registered offices in via G. Lanfranchi, 15 - 25036 Palazzolo s/O (BS) Italy. 

Exceptions 

The supply of tailor made or custom goods is excluded from the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

The Client is responsible for checking the content of the received boxes and its integrity before accepting the courier’s delivery. In case the Client receives damaged of faulty boxes, he / she is invited to accept only complete and intact ones and send the others back to the sender. Glugulp srl will provide replacements and sell the boxes again. In case Glugulp srl runs out of replacements for damaged products, the Client will be informed and offered options. Alternatively we will also refund the amount of damaged products.

Faulty products or with a cheap taste 

If the customer finds out a faulty wine with a cheap taste, he / she has to write to info@glugulp.com . The customer will have to send the faulty bottles with cork and at least 75% of their content (please indicate the order number) within and not beyond 60 days from the date of purchase. The bottles will be examined and judged by GLUGULP! and if we state the same fault we will replace the bottle, otherwise we will offer a coupon of the same amount.
