Audrey Brocard

Audrey Brocard is an up-and-coming young vigneron based in Clos de Chassins, in the village of Trélou-sur-Marne in the Vallée de la Marne. Linked to the producer Tristan Hyest, Audrey cultivates all the symbolic vines of the region, but it is above all the Meunier that is the star of her Champagnes. In the management of the vineyard, she applies the principles of organic farming combined with biodynamic practices to respect the terroir.


Natural methods are also favoured in cellar, from spontaneous fermentation to long ageing. The use of wood, i.e. futs and barriques during the vinification process and vin de reserve in the elaborate cuvées are the hallmark of Audrey Brocard's style. Her wine project has only just begun but expectations for the future are high.
