Minière F&R

The domaine Minière F&R is located in Hermoville, not far from Reims, and its vienyards dates back to the 12th century. Founded in 1919, the cave has grown over time, especially thanks to the hard work of Fréderic and Rodolphe's parents and grandparents. They relaunched vinification in 2005 and took care of their terroir. They can now count on more than 8 hectares, aged 40, of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. 

The vinification takes place in wood barrels and fermentation in barriques, aiming at maintaining the wine freshness even after a long aging time. The Minière brothers have a great respect for nature and the strongly intend to underline their terroir in their champagnes.
