Philippe Lancelot

Philippe Lancelot is the fifth generation of Vigneron and their Domaine extends in the village of Cramant, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs. In the 1970s, it was Yves, Philippe's father, who decided to work "at home" the small but precious harvest from his own vineyards, thus starting to bottle his own wine at a time when common practice led to the grapes being delivered mainly to the great Maison. We can consider Philippe Lancelot an evolving Vigneron, certainly projected towards the green and sustainable future of this wonderful territory. 

Since 2010 it has been implementing the organic conversion to all vineyards, about 4 hectares between Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry and Avize where the soil consists almost exclusively of a block of pure emerging chalk, without sedimentary layers. Incredibly expressive and mineral champagnes, exclusively low-dosage cuvées and strictly Grand Cru!
