Aurélien Lurquin is a sought-after and authentic Vigneron who works his parcels near the village of Romery, along the Marne river, in the Vallée de la Marne area. His training as a winemaker comes from his grandfather, a winemaker for several decades at Maison Lanson, a doctorate in Oenology and several experiences in Chile and Burgundy. In 2007 he started working on his project to produce Champagne from the 5 plots of land owned - a total of 2.5 hectares - divided into 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 24% Meunier and 1% Petit Meslier.
