Clément Perseval stands out among young Champagne winemakers for his talent and creativity, a burst of innovation in Chamery, Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims.
Grown among the rows of the family business, where he worked alongside his father Gerard, Clément received some precious plots, 3.3 hectares to be exact, all located in the village of Chamery. Clément with his bold vision, chooses to take his own path, giving life to Champagne with his own name and a distinctive style. 
Among the values that distinguish him, the profound respect for nature is the common thread, guiding all his actions and decisions. Clément practices organic and biodynamic agriculture, cultivating the vineyards with care and dedication like precious gems to be preserved and enhanced. His vineyards are a mosaic of unique terroirs: in the highest area, where the limestone soil and exposure to the sun favor Chardonnay, his Champagne Blanc de Blancs is born, an ode to freshness and elegance. 
In the southernmost area, where the sand gives character to the Meunier, Clément creates his 1er Cru assemblage, an explosion of red fruits and pleasant earthy notes. And in the most intimate corner of his vineyard, where the clay embraces the Pinot Noir, his Blanc de Noirs is born, an intense and enveloping Champagne. Clément Perseval Champagnes are the mastery that is reflected in every sip, crystalline cuvées that reveal an unparalleled finesse and a salinity that evokes the very essence of the terroir. 
In the cellar, the spontaneous fermentation and refinement of its "vins clairs" in old tonneaux barrels give complexity and vinosity; no filtration process, aging on its own yeasts for 15-25 months and no added dosage. Together with Aurelien Lurquin and Emilien Feneuil, his winegrower friends, Clément opens new frontiers in the world of Champagne, celebrating the authenticity of an extraordinary territory.
