Guillaume Selosse has been working together with his father Anselme since 2012, in the family domaine Jacques Selosse and in 2016 he launched his Champagne under the label: Guillaume S. He started producing in 2008 but he didn't sell the product because it was turned into "vin de réserve" for the following year 2009, when Champagne "Au dessus du Gros Mont" was launched.

He received a small parcel from his granny for his 18th birthday, in Cramant in Côte des Blancs. His current production is very limited, only 648 bottles for this promising and talented vigneron.
