Taittinger

Very few Maisons still have their owners' names, but this is the case. Taittinger identifies one of the greatest French families, crucially contributing to the worldwide Champagne success. The vineyards extend over 300 hectares, carefully divided into 34 different Crus, selected from the best ones of the Champagne region: 35% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier.

The Maison Taittinger can produce around 6 million bottles a year. They are stocked 18 meters below the surface level, in the historical caves beneath the Saint Nicaise Abbey in Reims.
