Here he cultivates the three typical varieties of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, following the principles of organic farming in the respect of terroir. Maxime does not use chemicals and currently the vines are in organic conversion. After his first cuvée “La Petite Montagne”, others followed, all elaborated by him. After the death of his father Pascal in 2018, Maxime took over the management of the family Domaine which he currently runs with his younger brother Camille.
