Aurore Casanova

Aurore Casanova, after a career as a professional dancer on the most acclaimed international stages from Bangkok to San Francisco to the Zurich Opera House, decided to leave dance in 2011 to focus herself, together with Jean Baptiste Robinet, prosthetist for amputees, to running the family properties whose vineyard plots are located in the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. With a total vineyard area of 3.5 hectares, Domaine Casanova is located in Mardeuil in the Vallée de la Marne. 

Aurore adopts an environmentally friendly philosophy based on the principles of biodynamics, which does not involve the use of herbicides or synthetic insecticides. Winemaking in the cellar is also low-intervention, which makes Aurore Casanova Champagne an ideal product for those who love naturalness and authenticity. The tasting experience of these Champagne is a real moment of pleasure: fresh and delicate wines, elegant and harmonious, ideal for sharing.
