In Oger, in the Côte Des Blancs, Sophie Launois manages a small production of Champagne, about 1200 bottles of a single Cuvée, Le Moulin, an exclusive niche in the Champenois panorama.

It all began with Léon Launois, Sophie's grandfather, who planted the vineyard in 1947: 100% Chardonnay, it extends for 12 hectares between Oger and Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, Grands Crus, and is managed according to the principles of certified organic farming.
