Stéphane Regnault

In 2007 Stéphane Regnault, after various professional experiences between London and Paris, returned to the Côte des Blancs to manage the family estate. After about 10 years of experience, reflection and testing - in 2018 - his first Cuvée was released, as a result of the harvest of the family vineyards located in Oger and Le Mesnil. Currently the Domaine has about 4 hectares of old vineyards between 40 and 60 years of age divided equally between Oger and Le Mesnil, renowned villages classified as Grand Cru in the area of the Côte des Blancs, where Stéphane selected and identified 3 different lieux-dits to make its multi-vintage Cuvées  from a single vineyard. 

Stéphane, like other young and talented producers, decided to stop using herbicides and gradually convert to organic farming. A great Jazz saxophonist, Stéphane has dedicated the name of different musical modalities to each Cuvée, which reminds him of. The Champagnes produced, about 8,000 bottles per year, are intense and precise and represent very well the new generations of Vigneron that embrace the tradition but add experimenting and new techniques to it.
