The Domaine Bourgeois-Diaz has about seven hectares of vineyards in Crouttes-sur-Marne and the neighbouring villages of the Vallée de la Marne. The Domaine is now run by the fourth generation with Jérôme Bourgeois, born in 1977, who, with tradition in his blood, felt the need to go beyond it. Among the estate's vineyards, 3.5 hectares are planted with Meunier, 2 with Pinot Noir, 1.3 with Chardonnay and a very small plot in Pinot Blanc. The vines are on average 40 years old and derive their vitality from the clayey and calcareous soil.
