Assailly

Assailly is a historic domaine founded in 1899 with its offices in the village of Avize, classified as 100% Grand Cru. The institution has been able to evolve with personality and dynamism, even though it preserved its family character. The property can count on 10 hectares in the Avize terroir, one of the most beloved areas in the region, and they are cultivated following environment and cultural sustainability. 

The result is a great qualitative product, with strong taste and aromas. Assailly distinguishes for its vinification processes, for its ability to use "borgogna style" wood and for its recent launch of interesting parcel Cuvées (lieu-dit), able to carefully reflect the different terroirs. All Champagnes stand out for thier fineness and elegance.
