Currently the Domaine's vineyard produces around 40,000 kilos of grapes per year and only the best 2,000 kilos are used by Yann for his production, selling the rest to the large Maisons. The bottles produced are around 1,500 per year in the poorest years, which become around 5,000 in the excellent ones.
In his cellar dating back to the 19th century, Yann still keeps and uses a dozen machines that are up to 150 years old, operated manually and all in use, such as the one for dosing freshly disgorged bottles.
