Roses de Jeanne

Founded in 2000 by Cedric Bouchard, Roses de Jeanne is the smallest Maison producing Champagne, with only 1.3 hectares, divided into 4 parcels in the village of Celles-sur-Ource in Côte des Bar (Aube). All Champagnes produced by Cedric Bouchard are a true discovery, and are considered a real excellence. The biological cultivation and the limited number of bottles contribute to his unique style, being the result of a micro-territory passionately looked after.
