Jeaunaux-Robin

 Jeaunaux-Robin's adventure began in 1971 with Michel and Marie-Claude Jeaunaux  in the village of Talus-Saint-Prix, at the border of Côte de Blancs and Côte de Sézanne, in a unique terroir, called Vallée du Petit Morin. In 2000, following his parents' path, Cyril Jeaunaux took on the business and together with his wife Clémence Robin started managing the vineyards with passion. He sticks to the tradition but also welcomes organic and biodynamic principles. 

The land is around 5 hectares large and mainly grown with Meunier. This vine can stand the late spring frost, very common in this terroir. Cyril and Clémence's challenge is to also value Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in some parcels. The clay and chalky soils are rich in silicon and grant a strong personality and minerality to the Jeaunaux-Robin's Champagnes.
