The vineyard, managed according to sustainable viticulture methods, extends for just over 4 hectares and is distributed across a variety of terroirs and villages in the Coteaux sud d'Epernay: Moussy, Vinay, Brugny-Vaudancourt and Saint-Martin d'Ablois. The diversity of the soils of this area (clayey with flint, silt, limestone with flint...), together with the chalky subsoils of Campania origin, allow the grapes to fully express their potential, contributing to the creation of rich and characteristic Champagnes.
