In the Coteaux du Petit Morin, between Sézanne and Épernay, and a small part in the Côte de Bars, the Maison Lefébure cultivates its 5.5ha in a terroir with a widespread chalky, clayey matrix combined with silex, capable of giving Champagne great finesse and salinity. It is a family project, led by Marie-Lauren and her husband Sébastien, met during an oenological training in Avize, after abandoning a ten-year artistic career in Paris. Marie-Lauren is keen to point out how their work is focused on the concept of craftsmanship and is animated by passion and dedication.
