Vincey

Vignerons for 8 generations, the Vinceys benefit from spectacular plots in Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Chouilly, Grand Cru classified villages in the renowned Côte des Blancs. Until 2014, the Vincey family cultivated their own vineyards and delivered the grapes to the local cooperative after harvest.

 A few years ago, the young Quentin Vincey, assisted by his wife Marine, refocused his attention to their vineyards - about 7 hectares - and began the process of converting to Biodynamic agriculture. Back in 2014 with the purchase of a small Cocquard press, he gave birth to his first Cuvées. 

The setting up of the vineyards is strictly natural, vinification takes place in carefully selected wood, and ageing is carried out with "bouchons liège" (cork and staple). The current production of Domaine Vincey is rather limited and aimed only at Champagne Blanc de Blancs of great personality.
