Jules Brochet

The Domaine Jules Brochet is located in Taissy, a village south of Reims, in the Montagne de Reims area. The Domaine is run by Pierric Brochet, a young oenologist and son of winemakers. After some experience at the Domaine Jacques Selosse, Pierric discovered an alternative method of making Champagne, whose primary objective is the expression of the Terroir. 

After taking over and purchasing several parcels of vineyards, Pierric dedicated himself to the first vinifications, where the typical characteristics of the different parcels of the Domaine allow the wine to express itself freely during all phases of aging. The philosophy in the vineyard is reasoned and naturalistic, in search of the right balance with the environment. It was only in 2019 that the first marketing of this young Vigneron took place.
