The blends favour Chardonnay for freshness and finesse, balanced by Pinot Noir and Meunier for structure and roundness. The Maison’s philosophy is to express the personality of its terroirs through harmonious, fresh and long-lived Champagnes. The range spans from iconic cuvées such as La Réserve to prestigious vintage releases and rare “Collection” editions, symbols of balance between aromatic intensity and purity.
Founded in 1947 by a group of winegrowers from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus villages of Champagne, Maison Palmer & Co expanded in 1959 with a new cellar in Reims. By the late 1970s, it embarked on significant growth, acquiring Chardonnay vineyards in the Côte de Sézanne and Pinot Noir in the Aube, further strengthening its qualitative identity.
Today, the vineyards cover around 415 hectares, ensuring a supply of grapes of exceptional quality. The approach combines traditional savoir-faire with modern techniques, with particular attention to ageing in the historic chalk cellars. At the heart of production lies an extensive archive of reserve wines, managed according to the Réserve Perpétuelle method to guarantee consistent style and complexity.
