Oudiette x Filles

The history of Champagne Oudiette x Filles is above all a story of women, those of the Oudiette family who over time, generation after generation, carry on the legacy and passion for the land, for the vineyards and for Champagne; passion handed down by Arlette, the grandmother who planted the firm roots of the business in Beaunay, in the Vallée du Petit Morin. 

In 2014 Margot and Charlotte, third generation, decided to enter in the management of the family Domaine alongside their mother Florence and developing the business: in 2014 Charlotte created the B&B "La Poterne" in Epernay; in 2015, after a few years of study, Margot took over the 2.5-hectare estate spread over the communes of Beaunay, in the Coteaux du Petit-Morin, and Celles-lès-Condé in the Aisne. Soon after, the two sisters created the Sensations Vigneronnes project, a playful and gastronomic experience organized on the Oudiette x Filles estate. 

In 2017 the first vinifications were started by the new management and 4 years later the Champagne UniTerre was born, the first cuvée of the Domaine. The cultivated vines are the classic ones of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, all exposed to the south, south-east and south-west on different types of terroir, which guarantee the typicality and aromatic richness of the bunches. Respect for the land and care in vineyard management are the foundations of the work of Domaine Oudiette x Filles, which in 2021 obtained the HVE - Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. 

The idea is to give time to the continuous search for quality. Questioning and adapting to the needs of nature, observing the wine and its evolution without too many interventions with maturation in oak barrels, are the signature of the Domaine which stands out for an authentic, fine, refined style which draws its strength and elegance from the work of patience and attention to detail.
