For Nathalie the typicality of a wine is nothing but the association of soil, microclimate, plants and man's work. One can love a wine only by appreciating the person who makes it. Behind a label there is always a vigneron (or enologist) and it is fundamental not to consider them apart. Of course soils have a considerable influence and in every territory, in every village, but it is the vigneron who makes the difference.
