Vincent Bliard

The Bliard family, a long lineage of winemakers from Hautvillers, in the Vallée de la Marne, has been pursuing authenticity for half a century, producing unique cuvées that respect the terroir. It has been practicing organic farming since 1970, when it was not yet a common practice, and today it continues to perpetuate this production philosophy with conviction, far from the marketing strategies. The Domaine Vincent Bliard has 4.5 hectares of vineyards, and the grapes, worked with a maniacal care, are cultivated in Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The vinification is done according to the traditional method and with the use of oak barrels for at least one year. The result are Champagne of depth and authentic purity, with structure, intensity of taste and complexity. Currently the elaboration process of the new cuvées is managed by Florence (Vincent's daughter) and by her partner Antoine, who lead the project with an avant-garde look.
