The Champagne adventure for the Bénard-Pitois family began in 1878, marked by a constant search for improvements in the work of the land, vine and wine. Since 1995 Michelle and Laurent Bénard-Louis, the third generation of winemakers, have been carrying out the first tests for organic cultivation and since 2009 have decided to convert part of their vineyards to it, gaining the Ecocert certification, driven by the desire to offer the best expression of their Terroir, reflecting their sensitivity and values.
