Champagne Aurore Casanova
Les Petites Vignes V18Champagne Les Petites Vignes by Aurore Casanova is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from old vines planted in 1968 in the "Les Petites Vignes"(Lieu-dit) parcel in Puisieulx, a Grand Cru in the Vallée de la Marne. The cultivation of the grapes follows biodynamic principles and doesn't involve the use of synthetic herbicides or insecticides.Harvest 2018, Champagne Les Petites Vignes is characterised by vinification with natural yeasts and spontaneous fermentation of which 11 months in oak barrels (fût de chêne); ageing on its own yeasts for about 30 months. This Champagne is unfiltered and has no added stabilisers; dosage 0 g/l (Brut Nature).Champagne Divine, the fleshy and racy incarnation of Puisieulx's Pinot Noir, is deep gold in colour and offers vigorous and complex aromas of flowers, white-fleshed fruit and candied fruit, with a spicy, liquorice finish. The palate is fine and elegant with a fresh mineral note.This Champagne is produced in a limited quantity of 1,202 bottles. - Winery

Champagne Aurore Casanova
Aurore Casanova, after a career as a professional dancer on the most acclaimed international stages from Bangkok to San Francisco to the Zurich Opera House, decided to leave dance in 2011 to focus herself, together with Jean Baptiste Robinet, prosthetist for amputees, to running the family properties, whose vineyard plots are located in the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne.
With a total vineyard area of 3.5 hectares, Domaine Casanova is located in Mardeuil in the Vallée de la Marne and it adopts an environmentally friendly philosophy based on the principles of biodynamics, which does not involve the use of herbicides or synthetic insecticides.
Winemaking in the cellar is also low-intervention, which makes Aurore Casanova Champagne an ideal product for those who love naturalness and authenticity. The tasting experience of these Champagne is a real moment of pleasure: fresh and delicate wines, elegant and harmonious, ideal for sharing.
