Expression 2021
The Champagne L’Expression by Frédéric Savart originates in the Premier Cru village of Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims, and represents a direct and authentic interpretation of Pinot Noir from this terroir. This cuvée immediately reflects the producer’s style, defined by precision, energy, and respect for the vineyard, offering a pure and distinctive expression.
This edition, Vintage 2021, develops through vinification and fermentation focused on maximum expressive definition, while after tirage the wine undergoes lees ageing for around 48 months, building depth and complexity while maintaining tension and freshness. The absence of dosage, in Brut Nature style, enhances a clean and transparent expression of the wine.
On the palate, L’Expression 2021 stands out for its dynamic and precise profile, with notes of fresh red fruits, citrus, and subtle floral and mineral nuances. The structure is taut and vibrant, supported by incisive freshness that leads to a long, clean, and persistent finish, expressing an authentic interpretation of Pinot Noir from Écueil.
