Purchases made on www.glugulp.com are governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, which grants consumers the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

Time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision by means of an explicit statement, sending it by e-mail to info@glugulp.com, or by regular mail to:

The 14-day deadline is met if the communication is sent before the expiry of the relevant period.

The customer may use the specific withdrawal form (clicking here) and submit it using one of the methods indicated above, but its use is not mandatory: any clear and unequivocal statement expressing the intention to withdraw from the contract is sufficien

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, all payments made by the Customer to GLUGULP Srl will be refunded, including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw.
However, the refund may be withheld until we have received the goods, or until the customer has provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, except for cash on delivery payments, for which the refund will be made by bank transfer. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Return of goods
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The returned goods must be substantially intact. It is recommended to use the original packaging or suitable packaging to ensure safe transport.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
• supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed or combined with other goods.
