The Champagne L’Accomplie by Frédéric Savart takes shape in the Premier Cru villages of Écueil and Villers-aux-Nœuds, on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, an area where Pinot Noir expresses drive, depth and a marked mineral imprint. This cuvée, composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, consistently reflects the identity of the chalky and sandy soils, delivering a dynamic, precise style that is deeply connected to its place of origin.

This edition, base vintage 2022, comes from a warm and luminous growing season marked by stable weather conditions and rapid yet balanced ripening. The grapes, perfectly healthy and concentrated, produced wines generous in texture while supported by well-preserved freshness thanks to late-season temperature variations. Vinification and fermentation take place partly in stainless steel and partly in oak, followed by maturation on fine lees to refine structure and complexity. After tirage, the wine ages on its lees for around 24 months, with a final dosage of 4 g/l, in Extra Brut style, enhancing balance and precision while preserving its expressive tension.

On the palate, L’Accomplie stands out for its fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals notes of fresh citrus, crisp apple, white flowers and delicate hints of almond and brioche. The palate is energetic and linear, supported by a well-defined saline backbone that balances the richness of the vintage, the finish is long, clean and true to the characteristic minerality of the terroir. Produced in a limited run of 1,936 bottles.
