Bulle de Rosé Vieilles Vignes
The Champagne Bulle de Rosé by Frédéric Savart is a refined and vibrant cuvée, an expression of the talent and stylistic elegance of one of the most highly regarded vignerons in contemporary Champagne. Produced with grapes from vineyards in the village of Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims, this rosé d’assemblage is composed predominantly of Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and a small percentage of macerated red wine (Pinot Noir), sourced from selected parcels. Vinification takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in barrique, with spontaneous fermentations and extended lees ageing, which gives the wine depth and aromatic complexity. The final dosage of just 3.5 g/l, in Extra Brut style, enhances its freshness and expressive precision.
On tasting, Bulle de Rosé presents a pale, brilliant pink color, while the nose opens with notes of small red fruits, pomegranate, orange zest, delicate spices, and a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate, it is creamy, taut, and of great finesse, supported by a silky mousse and a juicy, balanced, and persistent finish. A rosé with a deep yet instantly seductive character, a perfect synthesis of gourmandise, energy, and refinement, capable of stirring emotion from the very first sip. Produced in a limited edition of only 9,402 bottles.
