Payment Method

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Visa Electron, rechargeable prepaid cards, and Maestro-enabled debit cards are accepted. The amount will be charged at the time the order is confirmed.

PayPal
You may pay via PayPal in a single payment or, where available, using the “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” option. The amount will be charged at the time the order is confirmed. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.

Google Pay
To pay with Google Pay, you must be logged in with your Google ID. If required, you will need to enter your billing, shipping, and contact information, which can be saved for future purchases, and confirm the payment to complete the order. The amount will be charged at the time the order is confirmed.

Apple Pay
To pay with Apple Pay, you must be logged in with your Apple ID. If required, you will need to enter your billing, shipping, and contact information, which can be saved for future purchases, and confirm the payment to complete the order. The amount will be charged at the time the order is confirmed.

Bank Transfer
Once you complete your purchase using this payment method, you will receive all the necessary details to make the transfer in your order confirmation and by email, including the account holder’s name, IBAN, BIC, amount due, and reference to include. The transfer must be completed within 7 business days, specifying the order number in the payment reference to ensure proper identification. The order will be processed only after the payment has been successfully received. If payment is not received within 7 days of order confirmation, and unless otherwise agreed, the order will be automatically canceled.

Gift Card
If you have a Gift Card, you may use the available balance during checkout. Any remaining amount can be paid using your preferred payment method.

Cashback
If you have available Cashback credit and are logged into your account, you may use it to pay for your order. Any remaining balance can be paid using your preferred payment method.

Coupon Code
If you have a Coupon Code with a value in euros, you may use it at checkout. Any remaining amount can be paid using your preferred payment method.

VAT & Receipts

Purchases on GLUGULP! are primarily intended for final consumers (B2C).
All prices displayed on the website include VAT, calculated according to the destination country of the shipment.

For each order, we issue a receipt, which will be sent by e-mail at the time of shipment confirmation.

Only for orders with delivery and billing addresses in Italy, it is possible to request an invoice issued to a VAT number.

Secure Payment

Every purchase on GLUGULP! is processed with the highest level of security thanks to the use of protected servers and SSL encryption systems. Transactions are handled exclusively through secure connections, identifiable by the “https” prefix in the browser address bar.

Payment details entered at checkout are never stored on our servers. They are processed exclusively by certified payment platforms in full compliance with the highest international security standards.

For credit card payments, the CVV code is required. In addition, your bank or card issuer may request further authorization through a temporary code (OTP), SMS verification, or other authentication methods required by applicable regulations (such as 3D Secure). Before authorization, each transaction is subject to automatic anti-fraud checks.
