The Champagne Franche Admiration by Vincent Bliard is a powerful and elegant Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Domaine's own vineyards in Hautvillers, a Premier Cru village in the Vallée de la Marne. The 2020 harvest is the starting point for an artisanal process involving vinification in large barrels, with spontaneous alcoholic and natural malolactic fermentation. After a year of ageing in wood, the wine is bottled for draught and matured for over 2 years on its lees, developing depth and complexity. The final dosage, only 1 g/l, makes it an Extra Brut.With its intense character and firm structure, Franche Admiration is a versatile Champagne, ideal for any occasion: from an aperitif toast to main courses. Produced in a limited edition, it is an authentic celebration of Pinot Noir and an unmissable experience for Champagne lovers with a strong profile and rich personality.
