Le Souffle des Garennes 2019
Le Souffle des Garennes Champagne by Vincent Bliard tells the story of a vineyard parcel very dear to the family, purchased by Jean in 1954 and planted in the same year. After seventy years, the harvest from this historic vineyard is vinified for the first time on its own, becoming a symbol of continuity and of the commitment to the principles of organic farming embraced by the Domaine.
The cuvée is born from a natural blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, co-planted in the Lieu-Dit Les Garennes, located in the Premier Cru of Hautvillers, in the heart of the Grande Vallée de la Marne. Here, the co-plantation of the three grape varieties expresses the harmony and complementarity of different styles in a single interpretation.
The 2019 harvest was vinified in 500-liter fût de chêne, with a gentle micro-oxygenation that imparted depth and finesse to the wine. After over 30 months on the lees, the Champagne was bottled with zero dosage (0 g/L), allowing the pure expression of the terroir to shine through.
Produced in an exclusive limited edition of just 400 bottles, this Champagne is intended for intimate and special moments of sharing, among enthusiasts and connoisseurs of fine wine.
