Champagne Fleury
Blanc de Noirs Magnum
The Champagne Blanc de Noirs by Fleury is rooted in a tradition inaugurated in 1955 by Robert Fleury, who was the first to perceive the potential of Pinot Noir in the CĂ´te des Bar and aimed to highlight its expressive power and natural elegance. A vision that still guides the Fleury family today, faithful to the terroir and to the pursuit of the most authentic purity of style.
The cuvée is crafted from about 75% of the most recent base vintage and 25% of a réserve perpétuelle (the “Solera” method), which involves adding each new harvest to the previous vintages preserved in large oak tuns. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, with complete malolactic fermentation. After tirage, the wine matures on its lees for four years, gaining complexity and balance. The final dosage of 4.9 g/l defines a Brut style, perfectly balancing freshness and maturity.
On the palate, Blanc de Noirs by Fleury shines with golden reflections and an elegant bouquet of white peach and iris. It reveals a crisp and precise structure, supported by vibrant freshness, and lingers in a long, persistent finish, marked by a fruity trail of great purity.
