Champagne Vincent Bliard
Sempiternel 2009
The Champagne Sempiternel by Vincent Bliard is a refined Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the Domaine's own vineyards in Hautvillers, a village classified as Premier Cru in the Vallée de la Marne. Harvested in 2009, it is vinified in large barrels with spontaneous alcoholic and natural malolactic fermentation. After one year of maturation in cask, draught follows and over 12 years on its own yeasts in the bottle. The final dosage is within the parameters of Extra Brut (3 g/l).
Sempiternel is a tribute to time and memory, the fruit of an exceptional vintage carefully preserved before being revealed. The result is a Champagne with a unique personality: tonic, saline, wild, with a surprising, almost tannic structure. Produced in a limited edition, it represents an extraordinary experience for Champagne lovers with a strong character.
