Blanc de Noirs
The Champagne Blanc de Noirs by Fleury traces its origins to the pioneering vision of Robert Fleury, who in 1955 was among the first to recognize the potential of Pinot Noir in the CĂ´te des Bar, choosing to highlight its expressive power and natural elegance. This stylistic imprint continues to guide the Fleury family today, firmly rooted in their terroir and committed to pursuing the utmost purity.
This edition is crafted from a blend composed of 35% 2020 vintage, 15% 2021 vintage, and 50% from a réserve perpétuelle, enriched each year with the latest harvest and stored in large wooden vats. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, with full malolactic fermentation, followed by a minimum of 36 months of ageing on the lees, which adds depth and precision. The final dosage of 3.4 g/l, in Extra Brut style, maintains an ideal balance between freshness and maturity.
On the palate, Blanc de Noirs opens with brightness and golden highlights, offering a refined bouquet of white peach and iris. On the palate, it reveals a crisp, precise structure supported by vibrant freshness, leading to a long and persistent finish marked by a pure, fruit-driven trail.
