Champagne Au Gré des Garennes by Vincent Bliard originates from a vineyard deeply tied to the family’s history: a parcel purchased by Jean in 1954 and planted in the same year. After seventy years, the grapes from this historic vineyard are vinified for the first time as a single parcel, becoming a symbol of generational continuity and of the commitment to organic farming that guides the philosophy of the Domaine.

The cuvée is obtained from a spontaneous blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, grown in co-plantation in the Lieu-Dit Les Garennes, within the Premier Cru of Hautvillers, in the heart of the Grande Vallée de la Marne. The coexistence of the three grape varieties in a single plot gives rise to a wine that reflects balance, complexity, and stylistic harmony.

This edition, unlike the cuvée “Le Souffle des Garennes”, also comes from the 2019 harvest, but was vinified in ceramic amphora, a vessel chosen for its aromatic neutrality and its ability to allow a gentle oxygen exchange, similar to clay but with greater density and stability. After over 30 months on the lees, the Champagne undergoes no dosage (0 g/L), fully expressing the purity of the fruit and the identity of the terroir.

Produced in a limited edition of only 400 bottles, this Champagne is intended for intimate and authentic moments, to be shared among enthusiasts and lovers of fine wine.
