The Champagne Rosé de Noirs by Rousseaux-Batteux tells the story of the strength and elegance of the Montagne de Reims through three Grand Cru villages, Verzenay, Verzy and Louvois, where Pinot Noir finds some of its most intense and radiant expressions. The Domaine farms its vineyards according to the principles of sustainable viticulture, without herbicides, insecticides or synthetic chemicals, with the aim of preserving its vineyard heritage and conveying the authentic identity of these terroirs.

This edition, the result of combining the 2024 and 2023 harvests in equal parts, is a Rosé made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, 10% of which is vinified as red wine, giving the wine its delicate colour and greater aromatic depth. Vinification and maturation take place largely in fût de chêne, a choice that brings texture and complexity to the wine without masking its freshness. After tirage the wine ages for 24 months on the lees before dégorgement, while the final dosage of less than 4 g/l, in Extra Brut style, preserves the rigorous and transparent profile of the cuvée.

On tasting, Rosé de Noirs shows a pale, luminous pink hue and an aromatic profile that moves between fresh red fruit, delicate citrus touches and a subtle mineral thread. On the palate it is fresh, precise and saline, supported by a slender structure and a well-judged balance between tension and substance, leading to a clean and long-lasting finish. Production in a limited run of 950 bottles.
