The Champagne Grande Réserve by Dehours embodies the generous and deeply distinctive soul of Jérôme Dehours’ style. The blend, dominated by Meunier and completed by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, outlines a broad, harmonious profile marked by vibrant expressiveness.
This edition is based on the 2022 harvest, enriched by an important 32% of réserve perpétuelle, started in 1998 according to the Solera method. A system that ensures stylistic continuity, gustatory depth, and layered aromatic complexity, a hallmark of the Domaine’s artisanal vision. The minimal dosage of 1.1 g/l, in Extra Brut style, completes the balance of the cuvée with measure and elegance.
In tasting, Grande RĂ©serve reveals itself as generous, rich, and engaging. The fine and enveloping perlage supports a dynamic structure, while the mineral tension enhances freshness, clarity, and overall pleasure, defining a coherent and deeply terroir-driven profile.
