Rosé L'Instant de Passion
The Champagne L'Instant de Passion by Waris-Larmandier is a Rosé of great refinement, an authentic expression of the artisanal philosophy of the Domaine based in Avize. It comes from a blend of 80% Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs and 20% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Montagne de Reims, two territories that bring together mineral finesse and structural depth.
For this Rosé cuvée the vinification unfolds in a carefully calibrated balance between stainless steel and oak barrels, so as to give the wine both complexity and elegance. After tirage, the ageing continues for at least 36 months on the lees, developing a layered aromatic texture. The final dosage of 5 g/l, in an Extra Brut style, enhances expressive precision and clarity of fruit, returning a profile faithful to the Waris-Larmandier signature, shaped by authenticity and a constant search for detail.
On tasting, the Rosé L'Instant de Passion opens with a fine and creamy mousse, aromas of citrus, ripe white fruit and delicate floral nuances, enriched by touches of toasted hazelnut and bread crust. On the palate it is harmonious and elegant, with a perfect balance between freshness, substance and mineral savouriness. The long and vibrant persistence underlines its noble character and its vocation for moments of true emotion.
