Rosé Cuvée Friandise
The Champagne Rosé Fraindise by Jean Vesselle is a Demi-Sec cuvée born from an original and refined interpretation of Pinot Noir sourced from the renowned Grand Cru of Bouzy. It is crafted using the Rosé de Saignée method, which gives the wine its distinctive deep, bright pink hue – the inspiration behind a cuvée of measured sweetness and seductive charm, conceived to accompany the most indulgent moments.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by more than 30 months of lees ageing. The Demi Sec dosage (32 g/l) is achieved exclusively with grape sugar, preserving the integrity and purity of the fruit-driven aromas.
On the palate, Rosé Fraindise shows an intense pink colour animated by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet reveals notes of wild strawberries, cherry, raspberry and delicate hints of pastry. The mouthfeel is broad, rounded and velvety, with sweetness finely balanced by freshness and mineral tension, leading to a persistent and gourmand finish. A true dessert Champagne, capable of enhancing any sweet creation – even chocolate – and perfect with dry pastries.
Jean Vesselle describes this cuvée with the words «croquant, craquant, croustillant...» – crispy, crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth – evoking its lively, gourmand and velvety nature.
