Rosé La Garenne
Champagne Rosé La Garenne by Domaine Lagille is the result of 100% Meunier coming from 50-year old vines from the parcel La Garenne (lieu-dit) facing west in Treslon, in the Vallée de l'Ardre. From grapes of a single vintage (2019), this cuvée is the product of cold maceration between 6 and 12 hours (Rosé de Saignée) of the best Meunier grapes, vinified in fût de chêne and aged on the yeasts for at least 3 years. No added dosage (0 g /l).
Champagne Rosé La Garenne with a rich aromatic set, impresses with its aromas of red fruits and spicy and woody notes on the finish. To be tasted in youth to be able to fully enjoy its freshness and structure. Ideal for an aperitif, it also goes well with dishes with stronger flavors.
