After tirage, the wine undergoes around 24 months of lees ageing. Without final dosage, in Brut Nature style, it retains tension, energy, and a marked mineral character.
In tasting, Rosélie reveals aromas of ripe red berries, citrus peel, pomegranate, and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate it shows a broad and dynamic structure supported by freshness and salinity, with a fine mousse and a long, dry, persistent finish.
