Bouzy Blanc 2022
The Côteaux Champenois Bouzy Blanc 2022 by Jean Vesselle is a white wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, vinified in white, sourced from grapes harvested from vineyards located in the renowned village of Bouzy, a Grand Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The winemaking process includes aging in fût de chêne for about 12 months, which adds complexity and finesse to the wine, without altering the authentic expression of the terroir.
On tasting, the Côteaux Champenois Bouzy Blanc 2022 presents a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, the wine offers an elegant and fresh bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, white flowers, and a subtle minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, with a beautiful structure and a clean, saline finish and excellent persistence. It is a delicate and pleasing wine, with a light honey note that enriches the sip, making it fruity and lively.
