The Côteaux Champenois Blanc Cuvée Sans Titre #2 by Maison Jérôme Lefèvre is a white wine coming from 100% Meunier grapes - vinified in white - grown on 2 biodynamic vineyards, Bauine e Brie, planted in 1975. Harvest 2012 with vinification and refining in barrique barrles before bottling in March 2015 for only 480 bottles.

Jérôme Lefèvre, formerly known as the producer of Delalot Champagnes, has created Maison Jérôme Lefèvre, a new project focused on the production of collectible Champagnes alongside red and white Côteaux Champenois, developed from a small vineyard of 0.5 hectares located in the village of Essômes-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne.

Maison Jérôme Lefèvre has set itself the goal of experimentation: starting with an organic production system and thanks to the collaboration of trusted Vigneron colleagues, it elaborates a single cuvée per year, the result of new and exclusive blends, thus giving the possibility to explore unprecedented Champagne and create unrepeatable experiences.

By keeping the values of sustainability and creativity intact and at the heart of his winemaking, Jérôme Lefèvre offers a collection of contemporary, bold and never banal wines that are sure to remain in the taster's memory.
