The Champagne Cuvée Paradise by Jérôme Lefèvre is a single-plot expression of Chardonnay grown on the steep slopes of Mont de Bonneil, from the westernmost part of the Vallée de la Marne, a place where gradient and exposure give the grapes light, ripeness and a surprising finesse. Certified organic farming and the Maison's natural agriculture philosophy allow the terroir to express itself without filters, delivering a wine of rare authenticity and strong personality.

This edition, based on the 2023 harvest, comes exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Les Douaires (lieu-dit) plot and picked at full ripeness. Vinification and maturation take place in new fûts de chêne, a step able to bring breadth and depth to the material. After tirage comes ageing on the lees of around 24 months, while the choice to proceed with no final dosage, in Brut Nature style, enhances its purity and transparency.

On tasting, the Cuvée Paradise stands out for a broad and sunny profile, with notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit, candied citrus and delicate hints of butter and toasted hazelnut linked to maturation in new oak, supported by a vibrant freshness that keeps drive and balance, while on the palate the entry is full and creamy, with a structure of fine density that stretches into a dry, savoury finish of long persistence. Production in a limited run of 1,000 individually numbered bottles.
